Within the first 365 days of the shipment, we offer you FREE stone replacement if we find out that the damage is caused due to a manufacturing defect. However, if the stone is lost due to normal wear and tear, then this clause is not applicable. For side stones, we offer one complimentary replacement within first 365 days of the shipment if we find any manufacturing defect.
