If you have ordered the wrong ring size, we have got you covered! We offer one complimentary ring resize within the first 12 months of your purchase. If your order qualifies for the complimentary ring resizing, we offer free shipping both ways for all orders within the United States. For orders outside the United States, actual shipping costs for both-way shipments will be charged to you.
If your ring is more than a year old or requires a second (or more) resize, a fee of $75 will be charged for resizing the ring. For such resizes, the actual shipping costs for both-way shipments will be charged to you.
Some rings, including eternity rings, full eternity engagement ring settings, and full eternity wedding and matching bands cannot be resized due to the design of the ring.
If your purchase falls within the first 30 days from the date of delivery, you can send your ring back to us and we will have it remanufactured for you. If your purchase falls outside the 30 day timeframe, a new ring will have to be purchased.
All resized items are typically shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving the item. Friendly Diamonds is committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
Our estimated shipment date is the estimated date on which the order will be shipped from our office in New York. The estimated shipment date does not include the time taken for the delivery partner to deliver the order or the time taken by local customs to release international orders.
All our orders are shipped via 2 business day shipments. Please note that all shipments require an adult signature at the delivery destination. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.
We use trusted delivery companies such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS for all shipments. An alternative shipping method may be used when appropriate to reach your target destination and delivery date.
For your protection, Friendly Diamonds always insures all items for their total value. All our orders can only be delivered to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
For all international shipments, customs processes and import duties are the customer's responsibility; please check with your local customs office for information.
We make it easy for you to know how soon you can expect the delivery of your product. All orders are scheduled to ship on or before the expected shipment date shown in the order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.
