At Friendly Diamonds, we prioritize your satisfaction even after your purchase. Our Buyback Policy allows you to resell your Friendly Diamonds’ items back to us within a year if you ordered from India, offering you peace of mind and flexibility for future upgrades or returns.

Buyback Value

You can return your item for a buyback amount equal to 70% of your original purchase price.

Buyback Procedure:

• Initiate the Process: Contact our Customer Service team at india@friendlydiamonds.com, with your order ID and attach your purchase documents (order confirmation email). You may also visit us at one of our stores.
• Response Time: Expect a reply within 24-48 business hours, confirming your eligibility.
• Quality Assessment: After receiving your item, we will conduct a thorough quality assessment. The final buyback value will be determined at this stage, factoring in any defects or loose stones that may affect the revised market value. Failure to include the certificate will result in a deduction of ₹2,500.
• Payment Processing: Once approved, funds will be transferred to your bank account within 4 to 7 business days.

If you visit one of our stores, our team can promptly guide you through the process and immediately execute the buyback.
