I was called twice and told the diamond I selected wasn’t available. They suggested alternatives that were either smaller or lower quality. It felt like they just wanted me to buy their diamonds, but those options weren’t clearly shown upfront. There’s no way to know if you're picking their diamond or a partner’s, so it felt like guesswork. The experience was disappointing, and the rep I spoke with didn’t inspire confidence. I wouldn’t use this company again.
