- We offer complimentary FREE return shipping for all returns from within the United States. We will provide a free return shipping label, so that your return process is seamless and easy.
- Shipping fees needs to be paid by the customer for return orders from all countries outside the United States.
- Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation including the diamond certificate.
- The item must be returned in their original packing box.
- For eligible orders, our return timelines begin when your order is shipped and you receive the tracking number form our end.
- Returns shipments must be made before the 30 day mark.
- Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable:
- Items that have been modified one or more times
- Items that are engraved/laser inscribed
- Items that have been resized one or more times
- items that have previously been exchanged
- custom designed jewelry.
- Only one return is permitted per customer in a lifetime.
How to Return Your Order?
1. Contact Friendly Diamonds Customer Service Department
Get in touch with Friendly Diamonds customer service department. They will authorize your return order if it is eligible for returns. All requests for refunds must be in writing via email.
- For all returns from the United States, our team will create a FREE shipping label and email it to you.
- For all return orders from outside the United States, customers will be responsible for the return shipment. A shipping label can be requested and the actual cost will be borne by the customer.

2. Pack Your Return Order
- Ensure all original materials including the actual product, the original packing box and all documentation including the diamond certificates and the appraisal certificates are intact.
Please note that a $250 replacement fee per certificate will be charged if the certificate is lost or tampered with.
- For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.
3. Safety Instructions
- For safety purpose, please do double-box your parcel.
- Affix the label to the outside of the larger box and drop it off at your nearest courier company location or van.
- Friendly Diamonds is not responsible for packages dropped off in Drop Boxes or Non-staffed locations.
- Obtain a shipping receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped - this receipt will act as proof of shipment and insurance.
- If you decide to use a different shipping method please ensure that you use a trustworthy courier company. Fully insure your parcel and obtain a receipt when shipped.
- Friendly Diamonds is not responsible for any lost, stolen and damaged shipments that are not arranged them.
Once we receive the return parcel, our quality assessment team will inspect the piece and verify the condition of the item.
In the event of the returned piece not being up to the best quality standards, our quality assessment team will intervene further and take a decision after speaking with the customer.
Appraisal certificate cost of $ 50 is non-refundable.
Once the returned piece meets all our quality standards, our team will process the full refund to the customer
- It takes upto 10 working days to process the refund amount.
- Refunds amount will be issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase.
- Refunds to countries other than the United States will be refunded in USD as per the exchange rate at that time.
- Friendly Diamonds is not responsible for any foreign currency rate differences due to the fluctuations in the currency rate from the time of purchase to refund.
- Friendly Diamonds is not responsible for any foreign currency transaction fees that may be charged by the customer’s bank
- For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
