The whole process was easy and the customer service reps were amazing at updating me and letting me know where and when I would receive my ring. I have not got to see it yet other than a video that was sent to me because it is going to be a surprise and my boyfriend has it but I know it will be beautiful!! Cant wait to post pictures!
