Our story began seven years ago during Super Bowl weekend, and we’ve been inseparable since. I proposed on 12/31/24 at Wallowa Lake, spelling out “Will you marry me?” in stones on the beach. She walked right past it, giving me time to grab the roses and ring. As I got on one knee, our puppy barked nonstop, ruining my speech—but she read the message and said YES! It was perfect.
