Friendly Diamonds is committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Our estimated shipment date is the estimated date on which the order will be shipped from our shipping office in New York. The estimated shipment date does not include the time taken for the delivery partner to deliver the order or the time taken by local customs to release international orders.

We make it easy for you to know how soon you can expect the delivery of your product. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment email along with the tracking number for you to track the order.
If you live in the United States – we can hold the package for you.
If your Friendly Diamonds purchase is meant to be a gift for someone and you want us to keep it a surprise, or you cannot be home to receive the package. In that case, we can hold the shipment for up to 7 days at a local FedEx station rather than having it delivered to your residence/business.
During the check-out process, mention in the comment section, "Please do not deliver to my address; instead, hold this package at the nearest FedEx facility for in-person pickup."
