Friendly Diamonds is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Our estimated delivery time does not include the time it will take for local customs to release international orders.


You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

Planning a gift or won’t be home to receive the package?

If you live in the United States – we can hold the package for you. If your Friendly Diamonds purchase is meant to be a gift for someone and you want us to keep it a surprise or you cannot be home to receive the package, we can hold the shipment for up to 7 days at a local FedEx station rather than having it delivered to your residence/business.


During the check-out process look for the checkbox that says “Please do not deliver to my address, instead hold this package at the nearest FedEx facility for in-person pick up”
